Marley Kalt

When I began my Why I Write piece, I kept thinking about a similar paper I wrote during my freshman English class, also titled Why I Write.  As I mention in the newer work, the original paper imitated the style of a piece we read in class, written by Terry Tempest Williams (again, titled Why I Write).  To show how my reasons for writing have changed over the past two years, I've included a PDF of my original piece below.
